Who Food, named after the broken sign plastered to its outside wall, is in a bad way. The building, which used to sell foods, now is inhabited by the local wildlife. If you're willing to brave the broken glass and vicious canines you might find materials such as bags, rope, wire, etc. You could even try to hunt here if you don't mind the taste of dog. Anyone passing through the area should be ready to fend off Who Food's new inhabitants.
